These terms cover the PitchWatch alert service sold on this website. They are written in plain English for the first version of the service. If a court finds one line unenforceable, the rest still applies.
The service
PitchWatch tells you when a campsite pitch looks open for dates you have given us. That is the whole service.
You book on Homair / Sandaya / Pitchup / the campsite site — we only alert.
We do not reserve, hold, or buy a pitch for you. We do not operate the campsites. Their prices, rules, and availability are theirs. PitchWatch is independent of Homair, Sandaya, Pitchup, Tohapi, Yelloh!, and Siblu. Those names are used so you know where you will book.
No guaranteed pitch
A watch is not a booking and not a promise that a pitch will free up. Popular weeks sometimes stay full for the whole summer. If nothing opens, the fee still covered the watch.
Prices and payment
- Single watch: £5.99 for one campsite and one date range.
- Summer Pack: £19.99 for up to five campsites.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are taken by Stripe on the payment page linked from this site. There is no subscription. You pay the price shown at checkout before you confirm. Stripe hosts the receipt. This website does not show a separate thank-you page.
What you tell us
On Stripe’s page, enter the campsite and the dates. Add party size or pitch type if you have a preference. If those details are missing, or we cannot tell which park you mean, we email you before treating the watch as started.
A person confirms the watch by email. Alerts are emails too. We email you if we see a matching opening before your arrival date. The watch ends on that arrival date.
If the dates or the park need to change, email us from the address you paid with. We will update the watch if it is still running.
Your part
You give accurate dates and an email you actually read. You book the pitch yourself and follow the campsite’s conditions. You will not ask us to book, hold, or misrepresent a pitch, and you will not use the service to interfere with a campsite or a booking site.
If we cannot watch that park
If the campsite is one we cannot monitor, we email you and refund the fee for that watch. On a Summer Pack, we refund the sites we cannot cover, or the whole pack if none of them can be watched.
Other refunds
Because a watch can end with no opening at all, we do not refund a watch simply because the park stayed full. If we never start the watch, contact us from your receipt email and we will refund you.
Liability
We are careful, and we are not the campsite. We are not liable for a pitch that sells before you finish booking, for a campsite’s mistake, or for your travel costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Where the law allows a cap, our liability for a watch is limited to the amount you paid for that watch.

The privacy page describes how we handle personal data. Stripe’s own terms apply to the payment.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes. That does not remove rights you have as a consumer in the UK, or in the EU country where you live.
