Never miss a freed-up pitch

You already know the park. The week is the hard part. PitchWatch watches that campsite and those dates, and emails you when a matching pitch frees up.

Three steps

How a watch works

  1. Name the park

Pay for a watch, then tell us the campsite and the dates on the Stripe page — any week of the year. One park on a single watch. Up to five on the Multi Pack.

  2. We keep watch

We look for a cancellation or a newly opened pitch that matches those dates. A person confirms every watch before it starts, and sends the email when a match appears.

  3. You book it

The email names the park and where to reserve. You complete the booking yourself. We never send a reservation in your name.

FAQ

Common questions

A watch is a paid email alert. It is not a booking.

Do you book the pitch for me?

No. PitchWatch only alerts. We do not log in to a booking account and do not send a reservation in your name.

Where does a watch work?

Anywhere in the world. Name any campsite, or send its web address. If we cannot monitor that park, we email you and refund that watch.

What do I need to tell you?

The campsite, the arrival and departure dates, and an email we can reach. Stripe collects those on the payment page. A note for party size or pitch type, such as “with electricity”, helps. If something is missing, we reply before the watch starts.

How will I hear?

By email. The message names the park, the dates, and where to book. A person sends it on this version of PitchWatch. Openings move quickly, so book when the email arrives. We do not hold the pitch.

What if the park stays full?

Then there is nothing to book. A watch is the chance of hearing about a cancellation, not a reserved pitch. The fee covers the watching, including a week that never frees up.

Is this a subscription?

No. £5.99 is one campsite for any dates. £19.99 is the Multi Pack, up to five sites, paid once. Stripe charges in pounds sterling.

Do you see my card?

No. Stripe processes the payment. We do not receive your full card number. We do receive the email and campsite details you enter, and the fact that the payment succeeded.

What are my data rights?

We use your details to run the watch and to email you. We do not sell them. The privacy page sets out UK GDPR and EU GDPR rights, including access and deletion. Write from the email on your Stripe receipt.

Put a watch on the week you actually want.

One park, or a shortlist of five. When a pitch frees up, you book it yourself.
